It is a quaint little property located in Cam Pho district so close to river and both the beaches. The location is in a particularly good spot really close to everything-10 minute walk to the centre of the old town.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to everything we needed. We were within walking distance to the restaurants, shops, and the popular walking street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was the best we've stayed in Asia so far. The staff were also very polite and helpful, and they went the extra mile to assist us with transportation details like buses, taxis, and motorbikes.

There was some construction going on nearby, which resulted in some noise during the mornings.

We had a fantastic stay at B'Lan Riverside Villa. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the villa had a homestay feel and the breakfast area across the road had a beautiful view of the mountains and river. B'Lan, the owner, made us feel like family and even invited us to have dinner with the staff and locals. the location was unique, slightly off the beaten track but still close to the old town which we could easily reach by the bicycles provided. B'Lan Riverside Villa was a perfect choice for a personalized experience. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🌟.

I always stay at this amazing place in Hoi An. The staff helped me with currency exchange. It suits me perfectly - Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, outdoor dining area, massage, flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for holiday. Best decision ever!
